Fixings
  • 2 cuts sourdough bread, toasted
  • 1 huge garlic clove, split
  • 135g can sardines in olive oil
  • 130g cherry tomatoes, split
  • modest bunch watercress
  • 1 tbsp parsley, generally cleaved
  • ½ lemon, to serve (discretionary)
Strategy
Rub each piece of toast with the garlic. In a little bowl, blend the sardines and their oil in with the tomatoes and the watercress, then, at that point, season.
