Sardines & tomatoes on toast
Fixings
- 2 cuts sourdough bread, toasted
- 1 huge garlic clove, split
- 135g can sardines in olive oil
- 130g cherry tomatoes, split
- modest bunch watercress
- 1 tbsp parsley, generally cleaved
- ½ lemon, to serve (discretionary)
Strategy
Rub each piece of toast with the garlic. In a little bowl, blend the sardines and their oil in with the tomatoes and the watercress, then, at that point, season.
